If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in an ORATS website, API, or service, please tell us so we can fix it.
How to report
Email support@orats.com. Starting the subject line with “Security” helps us route it quickly.
What to include
- What you found
- Where you found it (the URL or API endpoint)
- Steps to reproduce it
- Your contact details, so we can follow up
What to expect
We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days, and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
Guidelines
Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have fixed it, and do not access, change, or keep data beyond what you need to demonstrate the issue.
We will not pursue or support legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith and follows these guidelines.
